Use the calculator below to generate an estimate for Occupational Therapy services.

Instructions:
1. Choose the relevant assessment type – either Initial Assessment or Powered Mobility Device (PMD) Assessment.

2. Under the Mobility Aids/Home Modifications sections, select the items being recommended or trialled.

The calculator will automatically populate the trial time and reporting time, providing you with an estimated total service time.

Note: The total service time must be agreed upon between Maree Care’s partnered suppliers and the Maree Care Care Team before being billed to the client.

This is an estimate only. Additional time may be incurred for travel, trialling, or reporting depending on the individual case.
