Instructions:

1. Select your SAH Classification Level.
2. Add each service you’re using — choose the service, enter the hours, and select how often it occurs.
3. Click “Add another” to include more services.
4. If you contribute a percentage towards the cost of your Independence or Everyday Living services, enter it under the contributions section. Leave it at 0 if this doesn’t apply to you.
5. Your Total Summary will update automatically, showing your quarterly costs and remaining balance.
